- About Us -

Mochas began in 2003 as an attempt to create a community gathering place.  Everyone needs somewhere to come together to meet, talk, drink, and eat, and we wanted to provide a consistent source.  We don't pressure our customers into buying and welcome everyone whether there for a business meeting or alone.      We work hard to provide quality products at good prices and ingredients and avoid high-fructose corn syrup.  We pride ourselves on strong customer service and a strong base of great customers that make it easy.      Although no coffee is made here in the US, our beans are roasted specifically for us in Austin, Texas -- always fresh every week.  We try at every opportunity to purchase ingredients, pastries, and more from local producers.  We support community organizations and charities and look forward to expanding our idea beyond San Marcos.
