We cannot guarantee or control freshness, temperature or missing items from 3^rd Party Delivery services. If you choose a 3^rd Party Delivery service, please understand that once they pick your order, it is the 3^rd Party’s responsibility to deliver your order in a timely manner to assure the same freshness and quality you’ve come to expect from Mochas & Javas.

*Mochas & Javas is not responsible for any 3^rd Part Deliveries for any reason or for missing items, freshness, or for items being Hot instead of Cold or Cold instead of Hot, etc. The 3^rd Party Delivery service is responsible for the items, once they leave our store. Should you have an issue with the 3^rd Party Delivery service, you should contact the delivery service that you chose to resolve the issue.
